Tiger Home Services was started as an idea from the folks at Tiger Home and Building Inspections. The idea was to bring the same level of professionalism, knowledge, and customer service that Tiger Home Inspections has a reputation for to the maintenance and radon mitigation fields. And so, Tiger Home Services was born.
Our goal is to raise the bar of the contractor stereotype of not being reliable and being very hard to get a hold of. It's frustrating. We are striving to make a better home service business by having our customer care available to you through various means such as phone, email, web submission or text. Our people are well trained and knowledgeable and will take great care of your home while we are there. We make the business side of things easy for you by use of modern software for estimates, invoices, payments and signatures all done from any device.
We are a locally owned company and we are your neighbors here in the high country.
Dave Metzler - CEO
Dave Metzler is the owner and CEO of Tiger Home Services and the owner of our partner company Tiger Home and Building Inspections. Dave is a long time resident of the Colorado high country. Dave's goal has been to raise the bar in the home inspection and home maintenance industries and deliver companies that are trusted and respected.
Mike McKernan - General Manager and Service Tech and radon mitigation specialist
Mike has been a general contractor for many years in and around Summit County. Mike heads up Tiger Home Services and leads the team with his knowledge and expertise.
Carolina Ciorciari-Graycheck - Customer Care
Carolina (Pronounced Caroleena) is here to handle all of your needs from answering your questions to getting your job scheduled. Carolina is originally from Argentina and her name actually rhymes with Argentina. She has a lot of prior experience with customer service makes our company run smoothly
